This will saves time for you and the organisers.
Deadline for reduced fees registration is April 1, 2010
Full registered participant will be entitled to:
The ID badge and the congress bag ( which will
include the abstract and program book
- attend the scientific sessions and medical
exhibition
- daily coffee and lunch breaks
- certificate of attendance
Scientific registered participant will be entitled to:
- the ID badge and the abstract and program book
- attend the scientific sessions and medical exhibition
- certificate of attendance
Accompanying person(s)
will be handled the ID badge and will be entitled to
attend the lunch daily.
HOUSEKEEPING REGULATIONS
1. Please remember to wear your
badge at all time. The organizers regret to be able
to allow you in the conference halls and breaks
without your badge.
2. Coffee /Tea and snacks will be served during the
breaks. You will be asked to hand your dated ticket
to attend the lunch break. You cannot take your
drink and food with you into the lecture hall.
3. The organizers seek your kindness in avoiding the
following during the presentations:
- smoking
- mobile phone use
- side discussions
- interrupting speakers
4- Please make sure to participate in the discussion in
the time allocated at the end of the sessions and
talks
